It is replacement of indcutive loop detector, it is for detecting vehicle presence, and access point is for collecting the data from sensors and transmit to traffic controller, camera or platform by RS232,Ethernet, GPIO,GPRS or 3G,etc.

ROSIM Wireless Access Point(WAP) is used to maintain two-way communications with wireless inductive loop detector in-ground , acts as a gateway between vehicle detection network and user application. WAPs relay data to roadside controllers, remote servers,traffic Detection management system,or other vehicle detection application by RJ45, RS232, GPIO,GPRS,etc.
